When an individual, employee or business experiences a setback or unfulfilled growth, it’s not uncommon for them to lose their focus. My great passion is uncovering obstacles and implementing a roadmap for personal, business and financial fulfillment. Together, we evaluate nonproductive processes as well as present positive and teachable behavioral choices that position our clients for success.
I’ve had the great privilege of turning failing companies into thriving businesses. I’ve mentored individuals to help them find their passion and go on to career advancement or new careers (with higher pay and greater recognition!).
It starts with a keen sense of observation and the ability to question convention. I’ve led business development in three separate and very distinct industries resulting in national recognition for sales growth and turnaround.
Example: A failing retail business in Indiana adopted our recommendations and doubled growth in 3 months and tripled growth in 6 months while creating a business model that was sustainable and functional.
I’ve earned awards as a sales and business development leader in different industries throughout North America. Whether it is in the financial services sector, retail, automotive, real estate or industrial – I’ve been able to develop solutions for people and businesses. Even in a down turn market, I doubled sales in a territory that was considered “unsalvageable”.
